Red & White Boston Terriers & Puppy Sales

Lizzie Lou (A.K.A. “Snuggles”)

AKC Lizzie has that dainty girly girl way about her. She can be independent at times, but when she's sleepy she'll snuggle right up close to you. We will sometimes call her snoop dog because nothing ever get by Lizzie. She is very aware of her surroundings. She is the sweetest little girl! Lizzie will always be my "baby girl".  She will be the dam of our puppies, she is not for sale, and she will be with us forever.

Wyatt (A.K.A. “Wy Wy”)

AKC Wy Wy is definitely a momma's boy, to say the least. Lizzie's got the brains, and Wy Wy's definitely got the brawn. He is all boy. This little cutie is all muscle w/that classic Boston stance - what a show-boy! Wy Wy tends to be on the needy side, so he is usually found in someone's lap. Wyatt also has champagne coloring in his pedigree lines, almost has the complete "haggerty penny" circle on the top of his head, his sire does have one in completion, and he minds his little girlfriend. He is such a little love, and together these two ought to have some downright outstanding puppies (simply can't wait).  Late Summer of 2011 we will be expecting Lizzie's and Wy Wy's next litter. With Wyatt's champagne in his background I'm expecting a "champagne" color puppy at some point. With Lizzie being an intelligent, reserved sweetie, and Wy Wy a big lovable goof, their puppies are sure to be amazing. Wyatt is not for sale as he is the Sire of the puppies and will be our forever pet.

Holly Rose
Holly Rose has the face that makes everyone that meets her say "look at that face!".  Holly is a very nurturing girl with an endless supply of playful antics. We just adore her.  Her pups will be for sale.

Ginger Ally Boo
Ginger Ally Boo is our gorgeous little Champagne & White beauty. She is short, stout, muscular, and compact, and has a really cute face. This girl charms everyone she meets, we just love her to pieces!  Her pups will be for sale.

A Little Background on Boston Terriers

One word should come to mind when you think Boston terrier, and that word is companionship - unwavering. This animal is loving and intelligent, hygienic, and small. It has all of the great qualities of a house dog that can be a loving part of a family, or a great friend dog for someone living alone in an apartment. The AKC rates the Boston terrier at 10 out of 10 when it comes to intelligence, so these pets are also easily trained when proper care is taken to do so. The Boston terrier is a lively, smooth-coated, short-muzzled, short-tailed, compactly-built, and well-balanced dog. The head is in proportion to the size of the dog and the expression indicates a high degree of intelligence.

The agility of the Boston terrier is something that most dogs strive for. Few animals excel at it the way Boston terriers do. Everything about the dog makes it perfect for agility events, including: climbing, weaving in and out of poles, and running through tunnels. Their agility is something that they excel at because of their natural size and strength. Part of agility for dogs is physical and the other part is mental. Luckily, the Boston terrier has no trouble handling either side of that equation. Very few animals love to play like the Boston terrier does.

It is one of the few breeds to have been developed in the US. This began around 1875. The breed was at last formally recognized in 1893. The Boston terrier has few special requirements. The average weight is 29 Lbs, with a height around 14 inches at the shoulder. The coat is smooth, glossy and there are over 20 different colors. (Please be sure to visit my links page to find astounding information on all of these glorious colors!) These fabulous little creatures have a life span of 10 to 15 years and are generally regarded as house dogs which should not be kept outside because of their short coats. They are sensitive to extreme heat and cold. Boston’s love attention and if they are not getting it, they will let you know!

The more you learn about this fascinating breed, the more you are going to fall in love with them!
